Dr Randall is amazing! About 1 1/2 years ago My 5th toe started separating from my other toes for no reason. I had no injury to the toe. Another Dr recommended amputation of my toe because “it would be an easier surgery“. I went to Dr Randall for a second opinion and she did surgery on my very unique toe on December 19. I still have a lot of healing to do but I still have my and toe and it’s back to hanging out with the other toes now. I am very blessed that I was sent to Dr Randall for that second opinion. I would absolutely recommend her and she was 100% worth the drive from Menifee. I also want to say her staff is also amazing. Especially Daisy! She was SO helpful during this process.

ABSOLUTELY ! I’ve already recommended Dr Randall.
I was a first time patient and because of past dealings with other doctors in her field, I was a little nervous. But she was terrific. Very patient with my nervousness, explained everything
and “fixed” my problem. Her staff at the front desk, Daisy and Jose, are a delight. They made me feel so comfortable and were so patient.
A welcoming delight for a patient.
The waiting room and examining rooms are bright and spotless.
My experience on a scale of 1-10 is a 12. If your feet hurt, walk, don’t run, but don’t hesitate to see Dr Randall,.

Dr. Randall and the staff are amazing. I had my ankle fusion done with Dr. Randall. I just went in for my two year check up to discuss some some issues I’m having. She takes the time to listen and offers great feedback. I would highly recommend, The Foot and Ankle Sports institute for all of my foot issues.

Dr Emily Chau is so kind and fully professional and helpfull. She is very careful on all the wounds making assessments and important advises. She shows herself with a high knowledge on her job and makes me feel very confident on her explanations. Following her advises did heal the wounds very fast. As well, the staff is so kind and fully professional and helpfull

Dr Randall is quite knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Her office is run well and her staff is very pleasant. I left Dr Randall’s office knowing my issue was important to her and I was given the best plan of care. Dr Randall is wonderful!

Dr Randall listened to my concerns, we made a plan for surgery (cheilectomy), got it done, and was on my merry way. Still in a recovery period but it's all going well so far. The staff at the office was also friendly and professional. If I ever have issues with my feet (knock on wood, no), I'll definitely come back.

The staff was wonderful. Very organized and got me into a room very quickly. The doctor came in right on time. Listened to me completely and helped immediately with my foot problems I would recommend them any time
