The practice is clean modern and impressively equipped. Staff is courier and clearly dedicated to the highest standards of patient care Dr Randall herself is devoted to her work and notably talented. I had two surgeries under care and both the prep and follow up have been consistent, compassionate, and consummately professional. I recommend Dr Randall without reservation.

I could not be happier with my experience and the results of my surgery. I followed Dr. Randall’s post operative instructions to a ‘t’, and surprised the Dr that I was out of the therapeutic boot within a month! I have had no post op pain or complications. I highly recommend Dr. Randall and her staff at The Foot and Ankle Institute.

Dr Brems has an excellent bedside manner. She greets you like doctors used to greet people with a handshake and smile. She takes the time to explain your condition while viewing the x-rays with you, including answering questions and letting you know what options are available. She has excellent follow up. The office staff is also welcoming and efficient.

This is a practice that truly cares for its patients. Dr. Randall is committed to her medical specialty, and her staff are committed to supporting her work. The facility is always clean and well-equipped, and staff are always responsive. I am recovering from two separate foot surgeries and have not once questioned my choice of surgeon.

From the moment I walked into the office and was met with a beautiful, airy fresh space with contemporary music playing & a pleasant receptionist, I was out more at ease about my app’t. I was apprehensive because I was dropping in for a consult for ingrown toenail removal. The intake q&a with Luis up to meeting Dr. Brems was great! Dr. Brems was awesome & got me completely relaxed for the procedure she ended up doing on the spot. It’s very rare I wouldn’t go home to think about a consult before jumping to a procedure and that’s due to Dr. Brems excellent bedside manner, super calm demeanor & what seemed like a gentle touch before the lidocaine kicked in. I am 1000% satisfied and will be retuning to this practice for all my future podiatry care.
